Digital processing takes 3 to 5 business days, during which the tour is prepared and finalized for delivery.
All packages include on-site scanning, 3D model processing, a public shareable link, and 3 months of active hosting.
For most clients, the initial 3-month period is enough. If you want the tour to stay online longer, you can continue with a hosting plan: 5β¬/month or 50β¬/year. Hosting keeps the tour live and accessible through its public link.
The 30% deposit is non-refundable. We recommend submitting a request only once you are sure the location is available for scanning. In some cases, we may be able to reschedule the service for another date or another location, depending on availability.
Yes. On request, the tour can be transferred to your Matterport account for independent management, custom branding, and full control. This option is best suited to users who are already familiar with the Matterport platform and want complete ownership of the tour. The transfer usually takes 12 to 24 hours and includes a 69 EUR service fee. After that, the monthly Matterport hosting fee is paid directly to Matterport.
Our main service area is the municipality of Chisinau, but Tur3D.md can also operate in other parts of Moldova. For travel outside the municipality, an additional fee applies and is calculated individually based on distance.
Yes. Once the tour is processed, we provide both a public link and embed code so you can place it directly on your website.
